US Training with Karim Darwish

 

This summer this is the only place you can train with Karim, 2009 PSA World Number One.  In order to provide proper personal training, we limit the number of trainees  sign up now.

We welcome players of all levels and ages - juniors, collegiate, and adults. Whether your goal is to play competitive tournaments, team squash, collegiate squash, or if you are just looking to advance your game - we will design and implement a program, enabling you to get closer to your goal.

Premier Performance Squash sessions bring the best training techniques to develop the fundamental gamesmanship of the squash player. The goal is simple - review, correct, monitor and reinforce squash technical fundamentals. Through a variety of training tools - successfully used to develop top level players - each participant will have the opportunity to advance their skills and game.

Training sessions are sized to fit the parameters of the training techniques, professional staff and courts to ensure maximum personal attention and development.

This year, we are privileged to host the training sessions at Mercersburg Academy's new Davenport Squash Center, featuring 10 new ASB courts. Despite the large number of courts available, we still limit participants because we believe a smaller, more personal environment is necessary to fulfill the goals of our participants.

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated, and divided up into groups according to their appropriate peer level. Each group will follow a training schedule designed for their specific needs. The goal of the sessions is to develop your skills and to give you the tools to continue improving over time.

Our staff have many years of experience to bring the right balance of squash - and of course fun.

Evening activities are tailored to the participants  Activities include:

  • Whitetail Resort: Golf, Hiking
  • On Campus: Intramural Athletics, Movies, Game Night, Open Pool, Tennis, Rest, Free Court Time (in case you wanted to play more)

* Evening activities may span over dinner.
